MAKING A DIFFERENCE REPRESENTATION WE RECRUIT PEOPLE OF COLOR-- PARTICULARLY BLACK MEN-- EXPLORE CAREERS IN EDUCATION, UTILIZING A FORMULA THAT TACKLES THE TWO KEY FACTORS THAT KEEP BLACK MEN FROM SUCH A PATH. AS MUCH AS ONE-THIRD OF COLLEGE-BOUND BLACK MEN WILL DROP OUT BY SOPHOMORE YEAR. OF THOSE WHO GO ON GRADUATE, THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERING THE TEACHER PROGRAMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESONATE WITH THEM AND THEY ARE TOO SHORT AND INSUFFICIENT IN PREPARING TEACHERS THAT ARE CULTURALLY COMPETENT AND CONTENT STRONG. WE HAVE CONCURRENTLY ATTACH THEM SCHOOL, WORKING WITH KIDS, AND TRAIN THEM BE INCREDIBLE TEACHERS.

Mental health and healing, primarily amongst African Americans.

To compile and evaluate data concerning unfair and unjust conditions that exist in service, and implement action to correct such injustices.

EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN WHO ARE COMMITTED TO ENRICHING, SUSTAINING AND ENSURING THE CULTURE AND ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF AFRICAN AMERICAN AND OTHER PERSONS OF AFRICAN ANCESTRY.

TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES THAT WILL REDUCE THE SPREAD OF HIV/AIDS AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES

To provide financial literacy and entrepreneurial training to people of color

Incorporated is a 501 c3 non-profit mentoring program that recognizes the importance integrity character respect confidence and self-esteem for young ladies. Our main priority is to expose young ladies to opportunities that challenge them and to implement these characteristics in real life settings. The Northeast Louisiana Community has been supportive to by volunteering time and space for activities workshops and seminars hosted by our organization. These activities workshops and seminars include self-defense classes mental health awareness seminars swimming lessons visits to the African American museum vision board workshops back to school bash Black History essay competition Juneteenth celebration ACT prep course breast cancer awareness program fitness class financial literacy and so much more!
